The instrument was designed to be installed very easily and used by anyone. It hangs on the wall like a painting and turns on and off like a television. Just set the screen-patient distance, and it is ready to go.



REMOTE ASSISTANCE


Remote assistance lets us remotely identify, diagnose and solve any type of software problem for quick, effective solutions.

The service involves making a remote connection (online) to the customer’s digital ophthalmic chart, and it is activated by simply inserting the network cable.

  • Rapid action and minimal downtime for vision professionals. 
  • Reduced service cost. 
  • No installation or configuration. It only involves inserting the network cable, which the customer can do on their own. 
  • Guaranteed privacy and data security. 

The service is free for two years, available on all digital ophthalmic charts for professional studios (AOC Style, AOC Pro and AOC POLA), used by calling technical service or sending an email to support@eyenext.it

WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE


Warranty conditions

The manufacturer guarantees that the product is delivered free of defects when used normally during the warranty period (24 months from the original date of purchase in the invoice, excepting the electronic units of the AOC Value Line and Style Line AOC instruments, which have a warranty period of 5 years).

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by dropping, accidents, or careless handling. See the user manual for details about the warranty.

“No worries” assistance

This service is reserved for customers who purchased directly. Fill out the form with your details, remember to tell us the instrument’s serial number and the defect to report. One of our technicians will respond to your request within 24 hours. If it should prove necessary, the defective instrument will be picked up at our expense, repaired, or replaced and sent back. During the warranty period, customers will bear no costs for the defects covered.
Shipping is free of charge for customers, unless otherwise agreed during the purchase.
