Unlike other instruments on the market, AOC products do not use traditional personal computer hardware, are not based on traditional operating systems or software applications, such for slideshows. These technologies are often the source of problems, inconvenience, and extra cost for customers.

In full respect for privacy, AOC digital charts do not collect or send any kind of personal data or data about the instrument use.

The driver’s license examination (Groups 1 and 2) can be done with an automatic procedure by merely responding “Seen/Not seen” to the stimuli.

The vision chart automatically calculates thresholds and then rapidly performs the following tests:

Visual Acuity OD/OS,
Contrast Sensitivity,
Twilight Vision (mesopic visual acuity),
Glare Sensitivity (*),
Glare Recovery Time (**),

in accordance with 2006/126/CE and 2009/113/CE.

Set of 2 LED remote controlled lights (*) and a certified LED light pen (**) are included.

At the end of the examination, the AOC vision chart sends a report to the wireless printer and to the smartphone / PC via bluetooth.
