Disclosure pursuant to and for the purposes of article 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n.196 (Personal Data Protection Code) and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and Arts. 13/14 of the European Regulation 679/2016 containing the Code regarding the protection of personal data, the writer EYENEXT SRL with registered office in Via Andrea Martinotti, 14 – 13891 Camburzano (BI), as Data Controller informs that the data personal data acquired with reference to established relationships, will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned law and this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

 

a. Purposes of the data processing

The data collected are aimed at completing the following treatments:

  1. Maintenance and updating of administrative accounting and other formalities required by Law, Regulations and Circulars on Fiscal matters;
  2. Accounting administrative purposes;
  3. Fulfillment of contractual obligations, and the provisions of current legislation on works, supplies and services;
  4. Execution of contracts with you and related commitments, fulfillment of legal obligations related to the contractual relationship, organizational management of the contract, external professional collaborations for the fulfillment of legal obligations; protection of contractual rights;
  5. Reply to contacts sent via online requests, send or offer a product.
  6. For other purposes for which explicit consent has been requested.

 

b. Processing methods

The processing will be carried out with manual and automated systems designed to store, manage and transmit the data, with logic strictly related to the purposes, based on the data in our possession and with the commitment on your part to promptly notify us of any corrections, additions and / or updates. The data will be entered in the relevant databases to which the staff responsible for processing personal data will be able to carry out consultation, use and processing operations, always in compliance with the provisions of the Law to guarantee, among other things, confidentiality and data security, as well as accuracy, retention, and relevance to the stated purposes.

As part of the treatments described, knowledge and memorization of information regarding personal data, tax code, VAT number, accounting data and e-mail address are necessary.

Some information will be automatically collected and stored by cookies and other session tools, such as IP address, etc. This information is used for the purpose of improving the customer experience.

Any non-communication, or in any case incorrect, of one of the information indicated leads to the impossibility of the holder to guarantee the adequacy of the treatment itself to the contractual agreements for which it is carried out;

Security in data processing is implemented through the use of secure protocols for communication and data transfer (HTTPS) and monitoring of systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.

The undersigned undertakes to prevent any violation of data, to notify any violations to the competent authorities, and to provide them with the necessary assistance. You will be informed if there is a threat to your interests.

You are required to keep your access data to one of our download areas strictly confidential, if you have one.

c. Nature of the provision of data

The provision of data and the related processing are mandatory in relation to the purposes related to the obligations of a contractual and legal nature and in relation to the purposes that refer to the performance of all the activities of the writer necessary and functional to the execution of contractual and legal obligations. The provision of data and its processing is to be considered optional in other situations.

The undersigned reserves the right to anonymise the personal data stored by it. The use of personal data outside the aforementioned purposes will only take place following anonymization of the same.

The processing of personal data for other purposes not mentioned in this statement is contemplated, but in any case consistent with the original purpose for which the data were collected. This treatment will take place in compliance with the purposes indicated and without damaging your interests

d. Consequences of a possible refusal to answer

Your refusal to give consent to the processing of data for the aforementioned purposes, may determine the impossibility of the writer to proceed with the same contractual relationships and legal obligations.

e. Communication and dissemination of data

In relation to the purposes indicated there is no provision for the dissemination of your data to the outside, but may be disclosed to third parties and public officials in the cases provided by law.

The data provided will be processed by appointed personnel.

Personal data are kept for a period strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes referred to in paragraph a).

g) Rights pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003

At any time you can exercise your rights towards the Data Controller, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, within the limits of the conditions set forth in art. 8,9,10.
